Service Description

The Branding Group, LLC. offers digital marketing and consultation services to businesses. Our services may include, but are not limited to, content creation, branding and website design.

Payment and Fees

Payment for services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon by The Branding Group, LLC. and the client. The client will be responsible for any fees associated with the payment method. The Branding Group, LLC.  reserves the right to modify pricing and fees at any time with notice to the client.

Project Timeline

The Branding Group, LLC. will provide an estimated timeline for the project, which is subject to change based on client feedback, approval, and any unforeseen circumstances. The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approval throughout the project to ensure the timeline is met.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and materials for the project, including but not limited to, logos, images, and branding guidelines. The client agrees to respond to all communication from The Branding Group, LLC. in a timely manner and to provide feedback and approval within the agreed-upon timeline.

Ownership of Materials

All materials created by The Branding Group, LLC. for the client's project will become the property of the client upon completion and payment. The Branding Group, LLC. retains the right to use any materials created for the client for promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

The Branding Group, LLC. agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not share or disclose any information without the client's consent. The client agrees to keep The Branding Group, LLC. confidential information confidential as well.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice to the other party. The client will be responsible for paying for services rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

The Branding Group, LLC. will not be held liable for any damages or loss of revenue caused by the client's use or misuse of the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Branding Group, LLC. from any claims or damages arising from the client's use of the services.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which The Branding Group, LLC. is located.

By agreeing to work with The Branding Group, LLC. the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
